PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Packaging, colours and presentation may vary slightly from website images. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, or delivery cannot be completed. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid.
You must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. Please check your order carefully before submitting it.
PRICES, VAT AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any available discounts are shown before you complete checkout. Payment must be authorised using one of the methods offered at checkout.
We may change prices or promotions at any time, but changes will not affect an order already accepted. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; we will contact you before fulfilling an affected order.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Promotions may have eligibility criteria, exclusions, minimum-spend requirements or end dates. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw or correct a promotion where it has been published in error, subject to applicable law.
DELIVERY
Delivery areas, estimated times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to you or a person you nominate.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. UK customers generally have a statutory right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions. We also offer a voluntary 30-day return period on the conditions stated in that policy.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
